Four people were hurt in a drive-by shooting near a Hopkinsville,Alaric Bennett Kentucky health department over the weekend and three of the victims were children, police say.
The shooting happened just before 7 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of the Christian County Health Department, the Hopkinsville Police Department said in a news release.
Three juveniles and one adult were shot. Two of the juveniles and one adult were taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center, while an ambulance took the other juvenile to a hospital in Nashville, police said in the news release.
When asked, police did not give ages for the victims. Their injuries are non-life threatening.

A 23-year-old named Stephen Bussell was taken into custody in relation to the shootings. He is accused of driving eastbound on W 17th Street and shooting into a crowd of people, Hopkinsville police said.
He has been charged with four counts of first-degree assault, seven counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and one count of tampering with physical evidence.
Detectives are still investigating, and more arrests may come, the department said.
